15k +1 Axe Mastery Helm - Guild Wars Forums

Hiye,

As we know We can get different kinds of 15k Armours...is there any subsitute for Executionor's Helm? I beleive thats one of the worst looking helm out there and Im wearing one lol...anyway any alternative for it that would give me +1?

Also if it is isnt there..what will be your opinion which one should I get? +1 str or +1 tct ?

in my opinion i would use a str +1...but if u farm or w/e or is a stance tank use tac.....

The collector in the Desert has one. Max Armor, +1 Axe Mastery. It has a chainmail look, and looks nice on together with some armor combos.

i believe it's in the area outside of elona's, just run out, and keep running into the sand fields, you'll notice a little "abondonned settlement" like thingie with a ghost collector. i think she trades you the helmet for 5 jade mandibles.

I was in the same boat -- there's no +1 axe helm for fissure armor and yet, since I use an axe, I need the +1.

My solution? I just use the option to make the helm invisible at all times and use the cheap +1 helm. I did buy the +1 strength helm for my fissure but seldom use it.

Theres no reason at all to use the +1 to axe helm anyway ><

You dont need grossly high Axe Mastery, anything over your weapons requirements basically just /slightly/ increases your chance at a critical hit (and improve the axe skills). But personally, I'd like a few more seconds on my stances or such than +1-2 dmg on my axe...Warriors arent the primary damagers anyway.

actually, every level above 12 also increases your base damage by a percent, with diminishing returns. however, i believe at lvl 16 its something like an extra 15%, which is pretty nice in a game with such small bonuses.
that having been said, i think overall you're better off using +1 str or tactics.

I disagree - could be wrong - but think that it's best to max out a weapon at 16. Might not matter as much in PvE but it works for me.

If you don't like the look of your helm you could always hide it just be sure you picked a good-looking avatar or you might come to a point where you would want to hide the face too! LOL
